Get It Done Month Projects & Pricing

Monthly Donor Acquisition Plan: $2,500
After you complete a detailed questionnaire, we will hold a one-hour discovery session to explore monthly donor acquisition opportunities that fit your mission, event schedule, and communications capacity. Over the course of the month, I will communicate via email to ask more questions as needed, then present a written plan with plenty of time to answer any questions. Your plan will include evergreen acquisition activities and campaign ideas to help you recruit more monthly givers all year round.

Automated Email Journey: $1,000 - $2,500
After a one-hour discovery session and review of select emails and web pages to understand your messaging, I will write a series of 7 emails and provide instructions to set up the workflow in your email tool: the first email trigger, timing between emails, and benchmarks to measure success. ($1,000 per journey)
Optional: I can also set up and design 7 the emails and workflow in your email tool. ($2,500 with setup) Note: This does not include integrating your donation and email platforms if they’re different, but I can help you figure this out! -
Supporter/Donor Survey: $1,000 - $2,500
After a one-hour discovery meeting, I will write a survey with up to 12 questions, notes on ideal question structure, and any required logic/branching for you to set up in your survey tool of choice. I will also provide copy for 3 dissemination emails you can use to send the survey to your supporters, along with AI prompts to help you analyze the results. ($1,000)
Optional: I can also set up the survey in your tool of choice, analyze the results, and present key findings to you in a one-hour presentation. ($2,500) -
Digital Ads Training Series: $1,500
We will meet for 3 hour-long training sessions over the course of the month to review your past ad campaigns (if applicable), plan one or more ad campaigns that fit your budget and capacity, and structure one campaign together in the platform. This package focuses on one platform, such as Meta, LinkedIn, or YouTube. If you would like to cover multiple platforms, let me know, and we can expand this package as needed. *Before we start, you need to have at least one ad account set up with payment information added and tracking code installed on your website.

I am offering these month-long “sprints” because I have received quite a few requests for these services. I only have availability for one Get It Done client per month, February - July. I will do my best to accommodate everyone, but I may need to prioritize established clients and/or those with larger projects.
