I will audit each touchpoint and digital channel, then present recommendations for a smoother, more rewarding donor experience.

  • If it’s murky who your supporters are, what they share, or how they should be segmented, let’s go right to the source. I will help your team design a research project, identify the right participants, disseminate surveys, conduct interviews, and analyze the results to inform strategic changes for your organization.

  • Not sure which messaging or creative assets will work best for a brand refresh or an upcoming campaign? Let’s run an A/B test using organic and paid channels to reveal the winner(s) so you can invest with more confidence.

  • I have helped organizations of all sizes and cause areas dig below layers of jargon to uncover glistening names, taglines, mission and vision statements, and core messages. Let’s develop a platform that unifies your team and simplifies your work. This process is always most effective when we start with research, so we can ask your existing fans how they see your organization and mirror it back to them.

  • Once we’ve developed a messaging platform for your organization (or if you already have one), I will write the content to make your campaigns and automated series shine. I hold a Certificate in Fundraising Copywriting from the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy and would love to tackle your web copy, emails, print pieces, emails, digital ads, and text messages.

  • Once we’ve finalized the plan, I will help your team fill any resource gaps to ensure campaign success. Together with trusted partners, I can support you with copywriting, digital advertising, web development, and design.

When we’re always growing your fanbase and staying top of mind, people will think of your organization in spontaneous moments of generosity.

  • There’s a steep learning curve when it comes to digital advertising, and your precious resources can easily be wasted. I will design and run your social media and display ads for any campaign, and can pull in trusted partners for Google/search and other advertising channels.

  • Digital advertising will best serve your nonprofit with a multi-layered, year-round program. I will help you design that program and manage your ads year-round so people are constantly discovering, engaging, and celebrating with your organization.

Need to tackle your branding, website, tech stack, marketing or fundraising strategy?

I often collaborate with other consultants and freelancers on larger projects—including designers, developers, researchers, technologists, and fundraising specialists. I will pull in a partner or two for larger projects to provide agency-level creativity and quality without the price tag or drawn-out timeline. No juniors, only experts with years of nonprofit experience.
